We're Cooked is a recipe management and social cooking app that allows you to:

We offer free and paid subscription tiers:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
You retain ownership of content you post (recipes, photos, comments). By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the App.
You are solely responsible for content you post and must have the right to share it.
You agree not to post content that:
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have absolutely zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any user who violates these community guidelines will have their content immediately removed and may be permanently banned from the platform without prior warning.
We actively monitor reports and review all flagged content within 24 hours. Users who repeatedly violate these terms or engage in severe violations (harassment, hate speech, illegal content) will be permanently removed from the platform and their account terminated.
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.
You can block other users at any time. Blocked users cannot see your content or interact with you. You can also report objectionable content or abusive users through the app.
When you block a user, this action is logged for review. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
The recipe extraction feature uses AI to parse recipe content from websites and text. We do not guarantee accuracy of extracted recipes. Always verify ingredients and instructions before cooking, especially for allergens or dietary restrictions.
The App, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by We're Cooked and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Recipes you extract from third-party websites remain the intellectual property of their original creators. We're Cooked facilitates personal recipe storage and does not claim ownership of extracted recipes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
Cooking Disclaimer: Always use proper food safety practices. We are not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from recipes stored or extracted using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We're Cooked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
